Our People

A ranch is only as strong as its people.

People First

Local hands, shared pride.

Every animal at Čololo Santas is raised by people from the Kgalagadi. Our herders, stockmen and yard staff come from surrounding villages — and many have been with the herd for years.

We invest in our team with fair work, skills training in stock handling and animal health, and the kind of daily respect that keeps knowledge in the district for the next generation of Batswana farmers.

  • Local employment & fair pay
  • On-the-job stockmanship training
  • Meat, milk & eggs into local homes
  • Supporting village events & farmers' days
